Return Policy Overview
Time Limit:
- You have 30 days from your purchase date to return items. After 30 days, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds. Please ensure to inspect your product once you receive it.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, including original packaging.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (like food and flowers), newspapers, magazines.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, some health and personal care items.
Process:

- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase for returns.
- Don’t send items back to the manufacturer, instead use address below once we have confirmed the return.
Partial Refunds:
- Items showing signs of use, opened/damaged during transport.
- Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
- We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- First, check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
- Then contact your bank. There might be processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and Discounted Items:
- Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges:
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns:
- Mail your product to: 380 Macpherson Ave. Suite 521, Toronto, ON CANADA.
- You pay for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
- Shipping times for exchanged products may vary.
- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
